WHAT WE DO

Our interior design services provide turn-key solutions for designer home, office and commercial interiors based on our client’s specific needs, taking into account form and function to deliver interior spaces that are both usable and aesthetically pleasing.

We cover the full interior design process, starting from the initial concept design phase through to the delivery of the fully furnished and completed interior space.

We source high quality bespoke and off the shelf products, services and materials through our relationships with our established design and delivery partners, at discounted rates for our clients.

1 | Concept Design

The process begins with the initial Concept Design, where we decide on the design requirements for the space in question, including the use case, design theme, colour palette and choice of materials. Based on these requirements, we will then create a full 3D Design of the space, as well as initial floor plan, furniture plan and ceiling plan. —

2 | Technical Documentation

Once the client is happy with the Concept Design, we will then complete the detailed technical design specifications for the space that Contractors will use to execute their work. This will normally include Plan, Section and Elevation drawings, Electrical plans, and Cabinetry specifications as required. Once the detailed design specs are finalized, an estimated cost can be obtained for the project execution. —

3 | Project Execution and Management

We provide full turn-key project management which includes the full co-ordination, management and delivery of the completed space. We will manage all contractors, product and service providers, logistics, timelines and the overall costs against budget on a continuous basis to ensure the space is delivered timeously, as per design and within budget. —
